Questions people ask
Questions about ADHD coaching
Practical details before you get in touch.
Do I have to book more than one session?
No. You can book one session and leave it there. Further single sessions and an eight session pathway are available if you want more support.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
Not necessarily. We’ll talk about what you need and whether coaching is a good fit. Coaching may be useful if you have a diagnosis, are waiting for an assessment or recognise difficulties linked to ADHD. It cannot diagnose ADHD or confirm a diagnosis.
Can we meet online or in person?
Yes. Sessions are available online across the UK and face to face in Salisbury.
Can coaching include medication advice or diagnosis?
No. Coaching is separate from my clinical work and does not include diagnosis, assessment, prescribing or medication advice. Please speak with an appropriate healthcare professional about clinical or medication questions.
